Primitivo wine I.G.P. Puglia

Siniscalco Vino Primitivo I.G.P. Puglia wraps the wine glass in a lively and bright red colour, velvety on the palate and is an accompaniment to succulent dishes such as bread encrusted Prague ham, meatballs in cream sauce, venison, cold cuts and matured cheeses.

Soil characteristics: limestone typical of the hills of  Murgia

Vinification: at controlled temperature, alcoholic fermentation is followed by full malolactic fermentation, in order to give the wine a velvety touch to the palate and greater stability over time
Ageing: 6 months in steel and at least 10 months in bottle
Annual production: about 130,000 bottles
Serving temperature: 18 ° -20 ° C
