Sparkling rosè I.G.P. Salento

Sparkling  rosé sparkling extra dry rosé delivers with a bright pink, pearly, fine and persistent, with a delicate perfume and gentle fruity taste, desirable at any time, refined as an aperitif, with seafood dishes, excellent with almond pastries.

Harvest: in the second half of September by hand picking
Vinification: with maceration on the skins for a few hours and a gentle pressing from which you take only the so called flower, used for processing in the press along with Charmat method which – in 20 years of experience – has been refined to make the most of the fruity and full harmonious perfumes
Ageing: in the bottle for at least 3 months
Annual production: about 30,000 bottles
Serving temperature: 8 ° C

Colour: a refined pink enlivened by bright colors, fine and persistent
Bouquet: fruity, full, with fragrance of ripe red fruit and wild rose
Palate: delicately fruity, tangy, lingering, harmonious
Food pairings: desirable at any time, elegant as an aperitif, softly suitable to accompany a paella, excellent after-dinner with almond paste pastries
