Terms and conditions

These general terms and conditions govern the relationships arising from the purchase of products on the website www.vinicoppi.it, in accordance with the provisions of law ex d. lvo n. 206/2005; d.lvo n. 70/2003. Cantine Coppi di Coppi Antonio Michele reserves the right to update or modify these general conditions at any time and without notice. The user is asked to keep receipts and/or purchase invoices for a period of 26 months.

Ownership of the Service

The Vinicoppi website (hereafter referred to as the Site) is owned by CANTINE COPPI DI COPPI ANTONIO MICHELE with registered office in Turi (BA), str. Prov.le Turi-Gioia del Colle, s.n. (registration with the Register of Companies of Bari – tax code and VAT number 01128630728), and is aimed at selling products for animals. For any requirement, it is possible to contact the company by e-mail at info@vinicoppi.it.

Customer obligations

The purchase of products on the site is reserved for Italian citizens of legal age who are regularly registered on the portal and in possession of the respective access credentials. To this end, the Customer undertakes to communicate correct, up-to-date and truthful data relating to personal details, personal address and, in general, other information useful for processing the order. The Customer undertakes to pay the price of the goods purchased. The user is aware that by accessing and using this website he/she accepts the general terms and conditions contained herein, including the legal notices and limitations of liability set out below.

Price of goods purchased

All prices are in Euros and include VAT. Excluded from the purchase price are the additional cost of delivery, any customs duties as well as additional taxes for export to foreign territory.

Methods of payment

The customer can pay the amounts due:

  • online by credit card or with their own PayPal account

Summary of the purchase order

Once the purchase order has been forwarded, CANTINE COPPI DI COPPI ANTONIO MICHELE will send the user a summary e-mail containing the details of the same. In the event of any partial or total impossibility, even temporary, to process the order, the website will promptly send an e-mail to make arrangements with the consumer, without prejudice to the possibility for the consumer to request the cancellation, even partial, of the order and the refund of the corresponding amount that may have already been paid by credit card. Should the user’s data be incomplete or inaccurate (so as to make the delivery of the purchased products impossible), CANTINE COPPI DI COPPI ANTONIO MICHELE will contact the user before processing the order and reserves the right to ask for payment on delivery or by credit card.

Deliveries and Shipments

The delivery of products purchased on the site www.vinicoppi.it is entrusted to the express courier, which will deliver throughout Italy from 2 to 5 working days after the day of completion of the order. In the event that the customer wishes to indicate particular arrangements for delivery, he/she shall provide any useful information in this regard. If the payment method with cash on delivery has been foreseen, in case of impossibility to pay, the goods will not be delivered and CANTINE COPPI DI COPPI ANTONIO MICHELE reserves the right to terminate the purchase contract due to non-fulfilment of the Customer. CANTINE COPPI DI COPPI ANTONIO MICHELE is not responsible for possible delays occurred during the transport service.

Shipping costs

The following shipping costs are charged to the user:

  • Orders up to 6 kg € 8,50
  • Orders up to 6 kg and up to 16 kg € 12.00
  • Orders over 16 kg € 21,00

For shipments abroad, please contact us by email at info@vinicoppi.it for a cost estimate. You can indicate special delivery arrangements in the Notes box on the purchase form.

Delivery time

From 2 to 5 working days after the order is placed.

Order Tracking

Once the purchase has been made, when the package has been completed and is in the hands of the courier, the latter will send you an e-mail with a link that will allow you to track your order. In this way you can find out online the exact location of your package and monitor the progress of your order. Telephone Orders

Right of withdrawal

Any complaints regarding the goods purchased through the site or telephone order must be communicated by e-mail (info@vinicoppi.it) or by post to the headquarters of CANTINE COPPI DI COPPI ANTONIO MICHELE in str. Prov.le Turi-Gioia del Colle, s.n., Turi (BA), Italy.

Pursuant to art. 64 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without explanation and without incurring costs.

The right of withdrawal FOR RETURNS may be exercised by the customer within 14 working days of receipt of the goods purchased. The customer must communicate to CANTINE COPPI DI COPPI ANTONIO MICHELE the will to exercise this right.

In order to allow CANTINE COPPI DI COPPI ANTONIO MICHELE to exercise this right, the user will have to communicate:

  • number and date of the invoice;
  • description and quantity of the products to be returned (in case of partial withdrawal);
  • bank details to be used to arrange the transfer for the returned goods (unless another form of credit is used).

If the delivery of the purchased products has taken place, the user is obliged to send the same within the term of 14 days from receipt to the above mentioned address. The goods must be returned intact, unused, complete with all its parts and in its original packaging (envelopes and packages), in compliance with the conditions expressed in the following points. The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer.

The refund will be made within 30 days from the date of express communication of the customer’s exercise of the right of withdrawal.

Warranty

All the products on sale on the www.vinicoppi.it website are covered by a conformity guarantee for a period of two years from the date of purchase, pursuant to articles 128 and following of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 “Consumer Code”.
