Tasting Notes

Colour: bright straw yellow with golden hues punctuated by fine, regular and long lasting bubbles.
Bouquet: fine and delicate, distinctly fruity with hints of apricot and a sweet aftertaste of tropical fruit, accompanied by whispers of wisteria
Palate: fleshy, full-bodied, pleasantly fresh revealing the minerality from the stony soils of the Murgia hills, with a lengthy, fragrantly fruity taste supported by a prolonged  aroma
Food pairings: rice with potatoes and mussels, fried tagliolino pasta cooked slowly in broth with onion, basil and ricotta, rice and chicken with curry.
