This wine is dedicated to the memory of Antonio Michele Coppi, oenologist and founder of Casa Vinicola Coppi, who strongly desired the creation of this wine. Susanuvole represents his vision of harmony between work, elegance, humility, and respect for the land. A tribute to the bond between the generous Murgia soil and those who have always lived it with passion and dedication.

Harvest: end of August to early September, from selected grapes
Vinification: the grapes are crushed and destemmed. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature with skin contact. The wine is aged exclusively in stainless steel to preserve freshness and typicity.

TASTING NOTES
Color: intense ruby red with violet reflections
Nose: intense, fine, and fruity, with hints of spices and Mediterranean herbs
Palate: dry, fresh, smooth, with elegant tannins, good persistence, and a fruity, balsamic finish
Food paring: ideal throughout the meal, pairs well with orecchiette with lamb ragù, pork ribs, roasted mushrooms, aged cheeses
