Training system: espalier
Yields per hectare: 50-60 quintals
Planting year: 1980
Harvest: roughly in the second half of September and then only after a slight withering of the vines
Vinification: at a controlled temperature, with a more prolonged maceration on the skins, which gives the wine the typical characteristics of the grape and makes it velvety soft
Ageing: in steel tanks for 18 months and then left for a further two years in bottles to round and enrich the aromas and taste
