Color: golden yellow with greenish nuances
Nose: mineral hints that precede white fruits sensations and the Ionian fruits’typical citrusy aromas
Palate: great freshness with a very pleasant acidity that turns into a mouth-watering desire to take one more sip, sapid, a long finish with minor exotic fruit notes
Food pairing: spaghetti with mussels, calamari and pistachio pesto, or swordfish carpaccio with green and pink pepper, tuna tataki with cucumber juice, eggplant meatballs
