Don Antonio Wine Primitivo Apulia I.G.P.
It is the result of an experiment that the oenologist Senator Antonio Michele Coppi, founder of the Coppi Wines dynasty, carried out with its finest grapes. Amazing is the richness of its fruits, poured with the wine in the glass, warm, yet very soft and harmonious.

Planting year: replanted in the 90’s, where there was already the vineyard from early 1900’s
Harvest: in the first half of September in the vineyards owned by the company, the grapes are picked and put in crates after a careful selection process
Vinification: with an innovative technique that involves on the one hand the carbonic maceration for about 7-8 days,followed by malolactic fermentation in 100 hl barrels of Slavonian oak
Annual production: about 50,000 bottles

Colour: purplish red, intense and brilliant
Bouquet: intense, persistent, fine, ripe red fruit, a clean perfume from which there is the spicy from the oak barrels and the grapes themselves
Palate: warm and yet greatly soft and harmonious, in which the tannin is effectively controlled, the acidity supports and is especially fresh and fragrant for its wonderful scent mole, savory, fairly full-bodied, very intense and persistent
